entree option great buffet city views hotel location
i enjoyed my 3-night stay, especially the really good breakfast. i loved that i had an entree option plus a great buffet. our stay included views of the city from room 3252, a beautiful king room. the hotel location was fine for exploring the city.

the rooms were spacious and well-detailed. i really liked that the location was convenient to many attractions. the staff were also very attentive. i found them polite at all times.
the carpets seemed worn and stained in some areas. i noticed a 20-minute wait at the restaurant. there also was another 20-minute wait to have someone take a coffee order. my bonvoy membership was not accepted. i was disappointed about this.

really good service meticulous attention breakfast buffet
The staff provided really good service from arrival to departure. I was impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request. The hotel recognized my Marriott statuswith complementary breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection with high-quality options.
I found the gym to be a bit crowded during peak hours. There were limited machines available. I had to wait to use the treadmill, a minor inconvenience.
