a wonderful stay!
entree option great buffet city views hotel location
i enjoyed my 3-night stay, especially the awesome breakfast. i loved that i had an entree option plus a great buffet. our stay included views of the city from room 3252, a beautiful king room. the hotel location was fine for exploring the city.

the staff demonstrated courteous and professional service throughout my stay, and they were always available to assist with directions, luggage, and any other requests, it was charming.

spacious room convenient location attentive staff worn carpet restaurant wait membership issue
the rooms were spacious and well-detailed. i really liked that the location was convenient to many attractions. the staff were also very attentive. i found them polite at all times.
the carpets seemed worn and stained in some areas. i noticed a 20-minute wait at the restaurant. there also was another 20-minute wait to have someone take a coffee order. my bonvoy membership was not accepted. i was disappointed about this.

Really good Service and Refined Comfort
really good service meticulous attention breakfast buffet
The staff provided really good service from arrival to departure. I was impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request. The hotel recognized my Marriott statuswith complementary breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection with high-quality options.
I found the gym to be a bit crowded during peak hours. There were limited machines available. I had to wait to use the treadmill, a minor inconvenience.
